Refund Policy
DateandDash depends on customer attendance ratio. If you will not be able to attend an event you have registered for, you can reschedule your reservation if your request is made within 7 business days before the registered event begins. You can only reschedule one time per reservation and your purchase will not be issued any refund on any reservation.
If you are rescheduling within less than 7 business days of the registered event that you have signed up for, we reserve the right (based on availability) not to reschedule you to another date or issue a refund.There will be an additional $10 USD charge to any change done within or outside the guidelines.
We reserve the right to change event start time, date, ticket price or venue. We will notify customers by email is those changes are made. If our event is rescheduled or canceled, we reserve the right to substitute your purchase with another event ticket, greater or the same value. If you enter your friend's name, you will be charged for their tickets. Please note: ticket purchases are non-refundable.
