DateandDash HAS NOT performed any background check on any participating individuals. Please use a common sense and date under your own risk. We are normally get an even amount of men and women, however we do not guarantee an even gender ratio, nor ages at the event. We do guarantee that if you do not get matched, your next event is free. Food and drinks are not included into the ticket price. It can be ordered off the menu. Ticket includes arranging the company, and matching services after the event. Tickets are non-refundable.
YOU AGREE THAT DATEANDDASH HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE EVENT VENUE. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT DATEANDDASH HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT. IF YOUR EVENT IS CANCELED, YOU AGREE THAT YOU CAN ATTEND ANOTHER EVENT OF YOUR CHOICE.
YOU AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSABILITY TO CHECK DATEANDDASH.COM EVENT LISTINGS TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL CORRECT INFORMATION THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
YOU AGREE TO BE CHARGED FOR AS MANY TICKETS AS YOU RESERVE BY ENTERING PARTICIPANTS NAMES INTO DATEANDDASH TICKET RESERVATION SYSTEM.
YOU ALSO AGREE TO BE CHARGED %0.086 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE WHEN REGISTERING USING YOUR CREDIT CARD.
YOU ALSO AGREE THAT ALL TICKETS ARE 100% NON REFUNDABLE.

Dateand Dash reserves the right to cancel your admission for any reason.

This Agreement will always remain in full force and effect when you use or do not use this web site and/or participate in any DateandDash events. You may terminate your participation at any time, for any reason by notifying DateandDash via email. DateandDash may terminate participation in any DateandDash events if you have breached the Agreement, without notification. If your rights are so terminated you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to DateandDash.

If you are number 13 and are dating number 35, you circle yes to 35 and number 35 circles yes to you that is considered a mutual match
